How do I place an order on your website?

Making an order with Dotti Dog Deli is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately we only currently take orders through our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from most debit and credit card providers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to change it, however if you wish to cancel the order this can be done up until the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled.

How do I return my order?

We have a 28 day return policy and accept returns on all products in their original, unopened packaging (with intact seals). Please return your order to

The cost of return is to be covered by the customer. Upon returning your order please make sure you include the invoice so a refund can be processed for you as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you should receive a tracking number, you can track your parcel on the relevant couriers website tracking service


Royal Mail:

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once an order has been placed it will be processed by our shipping team and dispatched to you by Royal Mail or a Courier (dependant on weight). This means that your order should reach you within 3-5 working days with standard shipping or 1-3 working days with Express shipping.

What if I'm not in when delivery is attempted?

The couriers we use have a leave safe policy, so if you are not going to be in please provide delivery instructions on where you would like your parcel to be left and we can ensure the courier receives these instructions.

What do I do if my delivery is late?

If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame and you have received a tracking number please contact the courier in the first instance to chase this with them (as it maybe there have been unexpected delays). If you have not received a dispatch confirmation or tracking number then please let us know by using our Contact Us page or emailing us:
