We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been placed. All of our parcels are sent with tracked services with Evri and Royal Mail (depending on weight).

Issue with your order
Thank you for placing your order with us, we work very hard to ensure your order is dispatched quickly and arrives in good condition. If there is an issue with your order once it has been received then do get in contact with us. Any damages or incorrect items received, please provide a picture when initially contacting us, this will allow us to process your enquiry quicker.

Cancelling an order
Cancellations may only be made prior to despatch of the goods. To cancel your order, use our contact us page or email us at dottidogdeli@gmail.co.uk
Returning an order
We have a 28 day return policy so simply post the item back to us at: Dotti Dog Deli, 43 The Innage, Hollywood, Birmingham, B47 5HR in the same condition it was received. Once received the return will be assessed and a refund processed. Any missing items or damage we have not already been notified of, will be deducted from the refund.
