Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been placed. All of our parcels are sent with tracked services with Royal Mail. Please note that delivery may be delayed in busy periods, e.g. when sales are running and at bank holidays.

N.I Delivery on orders over £50
Standard Delivery 5-7 working days** £4.99
**Please note weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland can take 5-7 working days.
Issue with your order
Thank you for placing your order with us, we work very hard to ensure your order is dispatched quickly and arrives in good condition. If there is an issue with your order once it has been received then do get in contact with us. Any damages or incorrect items received, please provide a picture when initially contacting us, this will allow us to process your enquiry quicker.

Cancelling an order
Unfortunately we do not except cancellations of orders once placed so please ensure your orde ris correct before placing.
Returning an order
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on orders due to the nature of the products.
Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
